Telos Capital Advises On Site Lube in its Acquisition by Ryder Truck Rental, Inc.

Telos Capital Advisors, a Dallas headquartered investment bank serving lower middle market clients, today announced it acted as an exclusive financial advisor to On Site Lube, a provider of mobile preventative maintenance and repair services for truck fleets, in its sale to Ryder Truck Rental, Inc., a subsidiary of Ryder System, Inc. Ryder will be launching a new brand called Torque which will focus on mobile fleet management.
